Digital Skilling for Employment (DSE) is a World Bank–supported initiative implemented by Forward MENA and Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) to expand access to market-relevant digital skills and income-generating opportunities for vulnerable youth in Lebanon (ages 17–35), including Syrian refugees. Through Component 1, Forward MENA scales the nammiskills platform and partners with universities and global tech providers to deliver short, job-relevant learning pathways linked to industry-recognized certifications.
You will find below our Environmental and social commitment plan (ESCP)
To ensure the Project is implemented responsibly and transparently, Forward MENA has adopted an Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) aligned with the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Standards. The ESCP outlines the key measures, roles, timeframes, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and grievance mechanisms that will guide delivery throughout implementation.
